Additional Package Guide
- Service continues even after exceeding the base allowance, but additional usage packages may be applied.
- Auto-applied charges are not billed immediately and will be reflected in the next month's invoice.
- Storage packages are maintained for the contract period, and first-month fees may be prorated when applied mid-term.
- Streaming packages are monthly one-time products; usage resets on the 1st of each month (UTC), and remaining capacity does not carry over.
- Additional usage packages that are purchased or auto-applied are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
