Before you spend credits
When are credits charged?
You see the estimated credits before any AI run. Usage is only finalized when generation succeeds, and failed generations are refunded in full automatically. For images and videos that take time, credits are held when you submit and finalized on success.
What can I do for free?
Writing and editing scripts, planning projects, managing episodes, and exporting scripts and plans to PDF stay free. Text AI such as co-writer chat, script “What's next?”, and blank-field planning drafts costs 1 credit per use. Scene writing and image or video generation use credits.
How long can I use free credits?
Welcome credits are valid for 90 days from the day you receive them by default. Other bonuses follow the period shown when they're granted, and credits you buy are valid for 1 year from the payment approval date.
When a teammate uses AI, whose credits are used?
In a shared project, credits come from the project owner's wallet. If you give a teammate AI generation permission, they can use the owner's credits, and the owner and admins can see each member's usage on the project home.
How do refunds work?
You can request a refund for unused credits after payment through support. Credits you've already used can't be refunded because provider costs have been incurred.
